Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Machine Learning at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves driving the development of machine learning models and frameworks, leading the application of natural language processing techniques, and advancing data-driven decision-making strategies for salon services. The selected candidate will oversee data analysis, research innovative machine learning methodologies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to enhance customer experience and salon operations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and experience with programming languages commonly used for machine learning, such as Python or Java.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and implementing algorithms with real-world applications across various domains.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with text-based models and language data.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Data Science concepts, including data analysis, preprocessing, and visualization techniques.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. A Ph.D. in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in leading machine learning or AI teams and working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
