As the Head of Creative Design at Whacked Out Media, you will play a pivotal role in leading, building, and scaling the creative design function of our entertainment-first, social media-driven company. Your focus will be on crafting high-quality visual identities and creative standards for marketing, social media, and YouTube creatives. Here is what you can expect in this role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the creative vision and visual design language for Whacked Out Media, encompassing social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing creative design team, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and establishing quality benchmarks.
- Take full ownership of creative output, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards in a dynamic, content-rich environment.
- Develop and refine design workflows and delivery systems to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time, without compromising on quality.
- Implement platform-native design strategies tailored for YouTube thumbnails, social creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with content, social media, marketing, and leadership teams to align creative endeavors with business objectives and audience expectations.
- Incorporate AI and Gen AI tools to enhance speed, facilitate quick edits, and foster creative exploration within the team.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and ownership within the design team.

Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing design, social media design, or entertainment content settings.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and expanding creative or design teams in fast-paced, high-volume content environments.
- Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting social media creatives, marketing campaigns, or YouTube thumbnails.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific design nuances, emerging trends, and audience behavior.
- Ability to make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with contemporary design tools and AI-driven creative workflows.
