  • Oversee investment strategy and execution for Master Fund and Feeder Funds.
  • Manage inbound and outbound fund structures, ensuring compliance with IFSC regulations.
  • Execute trades and transactions of underlying funds with precision and risk control.
  • Monitor fund performance, NAV calculations, and portfolio reporting.
  • Ensure effective risk management frameworks are in place for all investment activities.

  • Lead finance function of the Fund Management Company.
  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital adequacy planning.
