Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head – Finance & Strategy (CA) at Rooman Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The role requires leading the finance and strategy functions to drive the organization's financial growth and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, managing budgets, providing insights for strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial compliance. The individual will work closely with senior leadership to guide financial planning and contribute to long-term business planning.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- Strong finance knowledge and skills, including Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and identifying opportunities
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Proficiency in accounting and financial tools and software
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Experience in the technology or service industry will be an added advantage
