GETI (Global Education & Training Institute), Lucknow, a growing organisation, bringing innovative pedagogy to the education ecosystem, is looking for looking for a Head (Content) to lead a dynamic team of content writers in developing textbooks aligned with the new pedagogy and NEP.

As Head (Content), you will drive the creation of engaging, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned textbooks from Pre-Primary to Grade X, blending imagination, creativity, and sound child psychology with academic rigor.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of content writers, Design and develop curriculum-based content and textbooks, Align learning materials with NEP and innovative pedagogical approaches, Ensure high standards of language, accuracy, and educational impact

Desired Profile: Proven experience in curriculum development and textbook writing (Pre-Primary to Grade X), Strong understanding of child psychology and teaching-learning processes, Teaching experience will be an added advantage, Highly imaginative, creative, and forward-thinking, Excellent command of English (written and oral)

Qualifications: Postgraduate degree (B.Ed. preferred), Doctorate will be an advantage

Age: 35+ years
