- Conduct RADV-level validation and documentation review while ensuring HCC capture, deletions, and documentation support.
- Utilize IHs proprietary NLP-enabled Coder Workbench to validate codes with precision and identify unsupported diagnoses.
- Analyze coding trends, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and maintain strict HIPAA & PHI compliance.
- Support internal QA initiatives, work on audit preparedness, and review NLP-suggested codes accurately.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and documentation interpretation abilities while working within AI/NLP-assisted coding platforms.

- 45 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience with hands-on RADV audit experience.
