Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced H-Beam Welding Machine Operator to join our production team at Hakke Industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating H-Beam automatic welding machines used in structural fabrication and must be familiar with related safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor H-Beam welding machines (SAW/Submerged Arc Welding type)
• Set up and align beams and machine parameters as per welding specifications
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with technical drawings
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
• Coordinate with the quality and production teams for continuous improvement
Required Skills:

• Proficiency in operating semi-automatic or fully automatic beam welding machines
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and standards (SAW/MIG/TIG preferred)
• Knowledge of measurement tools like calipers, tape, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
