Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Gymnastics Coach. The Gymnastics Coach will design and implement training programs to develop gymnasts' skills, with a focus on techniques in artistic gymnastics . The role also involves mentoring athletes, promoting their physical fitness and discipline, and fostering their personal growth. Additionally, the coach will engage with parents and team members to ensure consistent communication and alignment on program goals.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Gymnastics and Tumbling skills
• Experience in Coaching and Sports Coaching
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate participants
• Ability to create a safe and supportive training environment
• Prior experience in coaching or competitive gymnastics is a plus
• Relevant certifications in gymnastics or sports coaching are highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively with athletes, parents, and staff
