Position: Gym Trainer & Sales Manager

Location: Punawale, Pune

Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with 15 days notice period preferred

Languages Required: English, Marathi & Hindi

Job Role Highlights – Gym Trainer

• Guide and assist gym members during workouts
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and use of equipment
• Create basic workout routines for members based on fitness goals
• Monitor members to ensure safe and effective training practices
• Motivate clients to stay consistent with their fitness journey
• Provide guidance on strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of gym equipment
• Support members with fitness assessments and progress tracking
• Assist in conducting group workout sessions or fitness programs

Job Role Highlights – Sales Manager

• Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into memberships
• Explain membership plans, packages, offers, and gym facilities to clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective members through calls or messages
• Achieve monthly sales and membership targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain proper records of leads, memberships, and renewals
• Coordinate with trainers and staff for smooth member onboarding
• Promote fitness programs, personal training packages, and special campaigns
• Assist in planning marketing activities and promotional events

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to gym members and visitors
• Ensure a positive and motivating gym environment
• Help the gym grow by increasing memberships and member satisfaction
• Work closely with the gym management and fitness team

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and positive personality
• Interest or passion for the fitness industry
• Basic sales and customer handling skills
• Ability to motivate and engage clients
• Willingness to learn and grow in the fitness field
• Fitness certification (preferred for trainers but not mandatory)
