Designation: GUITAR TEACHER

Responsibilities:

• Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.
• Ensure that students enjoy the course!
• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
• Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
• Conduct group and private lessons as required.
• Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required:

• Formal education in Music (Guitar).
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Experience in teaching Guitar.
• Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)
• Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus!

Skills Required:

• Good English Communication Skills.
• Must have experience in online teaching.
• Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop
• Comfortable in teaching children.
• Engages students in learning
• Passion for making learning fun!

Salary structure is as follows;

Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM

• 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo
• 26-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
• 81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee:

• Month 1: 6000 INR
• Month 2: 12000 INR
• Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR

Salary Standard for normal hrs 12PM - 4PM

• 1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo
• 26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day

• For 1st month Rs 4000
• 2nd month Rs 8000
• 3rd month Rs 12000

Salary structure is as follows for 8PM - 12AM

Salary Standard for normal hrs 8 PM - 9 PM

1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo
26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

Salary Standard for Late Night hours 9pm - 12 am

1-25 Sessions : Rs.165/- per session + Rs. 80 /- per demo
26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
61- 80 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
81 & above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day

For 1st month Rs 4000
2nd month Rs 8000
3rd month Rs 12000

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
