đź“Ť Hyderabad | Leadership Role

We are looking for an accomplished Guidewire Technology Director / Architect to lead technical architecture, design, and engineering delivery for enterprise platforms. This role will drive solution architecture, guide development teams, and deliver scalable Guidewire solutions across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and technical design of Guidewire applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, establishing coding standards and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and solution design documents.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing across Guidewire platforms.

  • Oversee implementation and support development teams in resolving complex technical challenges.

  • Conduct code reviews and architecture governance to ensure quality and maintainability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, and project management for successful delivery.

  • Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

    • Required Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Guidewire Solution / Technical Architect.

  • Strong experience with Guidewire configuration, GOSU development, and APIs.

  • Proven experience integrating Guidewire with enterprise platforms (BPM, case management, decisioning systems).

  • Experience with integration technologies REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, MQ, ESB, MuleSoft, Kafka.

  • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools.

  • Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL / NoSQL).
