Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the hotel's policies at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim. Your main aim will be to maximize guest satisfaction by being entirely flexible and capable of rotating within the different sub-departments of the Rooms division. It is crucial to ensure that guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times, report any guest complaints or problems to supervisors, and follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Being aware of hotel activities, promoting hotel services, facilities, and utilizing upselling techniques will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to balance cash reports, perform opening and closing procedures, update room allocations for guests, and maintain regular contact with long-stay and suite guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests and ensure they have an exceptional staying experience
- Create lasting memories and build relationships with guests
- Bring the hotel's purpose to life by using your personal flair and style during guest interactions
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times
- Develop and maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and other departments
- Provide full support to Supervisors and team
- Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations
- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Role Overview:
