• 1.Responsible for Front Desk operations and Business Centre operations.
• 2.Meet, greet and direct guests who enter the lobby area.
• 3.Ensure that all guest queries and incidents are responded to promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest.
• 4.Handling all guest requests and complaints.
• 5.Handling all VIP amenities and Amenity voucher, handling of courtesy calls of guests.
• 6.Taking Check in Check out
• 7.Following and maintaining the log book, so the next shift can follow up.
• 8.Coordinate with Manager, and ensure proper running of the hotel during the shift.
• 9.Ensure a very high level of guest service is constantly maintained for reception, lobby area.
• 10.Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislations.
• 11.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within hotel and identify opportunities for up selling and promoting when appropriate.
