Job Description:

Lead guest relations & interactions to explain about our offerings
Manage guest orders, billing & POS
Coordinate timely service delivery via F&B team while being hands on in peak hours
Address guest escalations & negative feedback with apt resolutions
Enable online platforms reviews and manage responses
Maintain transactions and accounts tracker
Manage inventory process with F&B team
Advise founders on enhancing quality and experience based on floor supervision

Languages: English and Hindi or Telugu
