Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Guest Experience Associate to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional end-to-end guest experiences, handling inquiries, performing receptionist duties, managing reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Acting as the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and positive environment, while assisting in addressing guest needs and questions on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions
• Customer Service experience to assist guests professionally and efficiently
• Guest Experience knowledge, with the ability to anticipate and address guest needs
• Ability to handle Receptionist Duties, including answering calls and managing front desk operations
• Proficiency in managing Reservations, including booking systems and software
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry specifically short-term rental is an advantage
• Housekeeping and Laundry management
