Role Description

Techeon IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for strategic thinkers and growth-oriented professionals to join us as Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategists.

This role is ideal for professionals who understand how technology and digital marketing solutions create business impact and can design market strategies that drive both company growth and client success.

As a GTM Strategist, you will work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and product teams to identify market opportunities, build positioning strategies, and execute scalable growth plans.

Role Overview:

The GTM Strategist will be responsible for designing and executing market entry strategies, customer acquisition strategies, and competitive positioning for our services and client solutions.

The ideal candidate must have strong strategic thinking, market research capabilities, and hands-on experience with modern marketing and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilites:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, customer segments, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and service offerings
  • Identify market gaps where Techeon IT can create differentiation

  • Go To Market Strategy Development:
  • Develop end-to-end GTM strategies for new services, offerings, and solutions
  • Define target audience, messaging, value proposition, and positioning
  • Design market entry and expansion strategies for domestic and international markets

  • Growth & Demand Generation:
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create customer acquisition strategies
  • Design lead generation funnels and conversion optimization strategies
  • Identify new growth channels including partnerships, ABM, and outbound strategies

  • Client Growth Strategy:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and market positioning
  • Provide strategic recommendations for growth through digital marketing and technology solutions
  • Build scalable strategies that drive client success and long-term partnerships

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:
  • Track performance using growth metrics, funnel analytics, and campaign data
  • Optimize strategies using data-driven insights and experimentation frameworks
  • Present growth reports and strategic recommendations to leadership

  • Required Skills:

    Strong strategic and analytical thinking

    Deep understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services markets

    Experience in growth strategy, market entry strategy, or product marketing

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategy

    Tools & Platfrom Knowledge:

    Candidates should have hands-on experience with tools such as:
