Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching influencer marketing solutions to brands across multiple industries.

- Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including brand managers and marketing stakeholders at established companies.

- Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audiences to recommend the most relevant and high-performing creators from our network.

- Execute structured outbound sales efforts, including cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Develop and present customized influencer marketing proposals aligned with the client’s vision, supported by creative strategy and data-driven insights.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign planning and execution.

Key Requirements

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.

- Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, with direct experience working with brands and creators.

- Proven track record of closing deals for influencer marketing agencies.

- Demonstrable wins, including clients acquired, campaigns launched, and revenue generated.

- An existing network of brand-side contacts that can be leveraged to accelerate business growth from day one.

Skills & Qualifications

- Up-to-date knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and relevant tools/analytics.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the confidence to handle objections and close deals effectively.

- Ability to build high-conversion sales pipelines and design tailored influencer strategies based on brand goals and audience insights.

- A relationship-driven mindset with a passion for building long-term partnerships.

- A data-focused, goal-oriented approach with an emphasis on measurable results and campaign performance.
