Growth Manager / Performance Marketing Manager @ Buzzion

Buzzion is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working primarily with U.S. law firms.

We are looking for a Growth Manager / Performance Marketing Manager who will take ownership of marketing performance across paid ads, SEO, and lead generation channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Google Ads deeply, can collaborate closely with our paid ads specialist, and can oversee the performance and accountability of other marketing channels such as SEO and outbound lead generation.

You will work directly with the founder to improve campaign performance, optimize funnels, and ensure the marketing team is operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Hands-on Collaboration)
  • Work closely with the Paid Ads Specialist to improve campaign performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Review campaign structures, search terms, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets.
  • Monitor performance metrics including CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share.
  • Identify testing opportunities for new campaigns, audiences, and ad creatives.
  • Work with the design team to improve ad creatives and landing page conversion rates.

  • SEO Oversight
  • Work with the SEO specialist to ensure SEO roadmaps are executed consistently.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic growth, technical SEO issues, and backlink progress.
  • Identify opportunities for new content or landing pages based on search demand.
  • Ensure SEO work contributes to lead generation and business outcomes.

  • Lead Generation Oversight
  • Monitor outbound lead generation performance and outreach volume.
  • Improve messaging, targeting, and response rates.
  • Implement processes to improve lead qualification and booked meetings.

  • Performance Reporting

    Track key metrics across channels including:
  • Leads generated
  • Cost per lead
  • Campaign ROI
  • Conversion rates

  • Provide weekly performance insights and recommendations to leadership.

    Team Accountability
  • Ensure team members are executing tasks consistently and hitting targets.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to processes or strategy.
  • Collaborate with design and client success teams to improve campaign results.

  • Requirements
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (required)
  • Understanding of Meta Ads and paid social
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and identify improvements
  • Experience managing or coordinating marketing teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and accountability
