Role Summary

Arcitech is looking for a skilled & driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the "engine" of our digital acquisition. This position is focused on data, SEO, and paid media architecture. You will be responsible for the technical health of our funnels and the optimization of our ad spend, ensuring high-quality lead flow for our diverse business verticals.

Responsibilities

1) Paid Media & Algorithmic Optimization
  • Architect Paid Campaigns: Hands-on setup and management of Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta Ads focusing on API integrations and offline conversion tracking.
  • Data-Driven Testing: Execute rigorous A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and ad copy to lower CAC and improve ROAS.
  • Budget Modeling: Manage high-intent bidding strategies and programmatic placements to maximize lead quality.

  • 2) SEO & Web Infrastructure
  • SEO Ownership: Manage crawlability, indexing, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Audit Mastery: Conduct deep-dive audits using Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to identify and fix structural site issues.
  • Tracking Architecture: Own the deployment of GA4 events, Google Tag Manager (GTM) triggers, and server-side tracking.

  • 3) Funnel Engineering & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Full-Stack Funnels: Build and optimize technical lead funnels, including automated email nurturing sequences and CRM integrations.
  • Behavioral Analysis: Use heatmaps (Hotjar) and session recordings to identify friction points in the user journey.
  • Lead Scoring: Work with sales to implement technical lead-scoring mechanisms to ensure high-intent handoffs.

  • 4) Marketing Automation & AI Implementation
  • Workflow Automation: Build SOPs for automated reporting and lead distribution using modern automation tools.
  • AI Integration: Operationalize AI tools for data analysis, predictive modeling, and automated SEO research.

  • 5) Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the Brand Manager to receive high-level creative assets and brand guidelines.
  • Creative Briefing: Provide the brand team with technical data (CTR, hook rates) to inform future video and social content.
  • PR Support: Assist the brand team with the technical distribution of PR campaigns and performance tracking for major brand initiatives.

  • Required Competencies
  • Mandatory: Expert-level Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GTM.
  • SEO: Proven track record in Technical SEO (not just content/keywords).
  • Analytics: Advanced proficiency in GA4 and data visualization (Looker Studio/Power BI).
  • Vertical Management: Ability to manage technical infrastructure across multiple domains (IT, Media, Investment).

  • Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience in high-growth performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to scale lead generation through technical optimization
