Job Responsibilities:

As a Growth Associate, you will help us grow our brand on social media by creating eye-catching designs and content. You will plan and manage posts, help with email campaigns, and work on improving how we connect with our audience online. This role requires creative design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user experience principles to enhance the overall user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create attractive designs in line with brand guidelines.

● Develop engaging content such as videos, animations, and infographics.

● Create content and strategies for targeted email campaigns.

● Plan, manage, and schedule social media posts.

● Track performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.

● Optimise website and content for better visibility and user experience.

● Ensure all marketing and design efforts align with business goals.

Requirements:

● Graduate in B.Com / BMS / BMM / MBA or equivalent.

● Basic understanding of digital marketing channels.

● Familiarity with online content tools and best practices.

● Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Interest in content marketing and brand building.
