Anchors is an AI platform founded by IITB & NIFT-Delhi Alumni, that is ushering in Influencer Marketing 2.0, focused on enabling content creators to grow holistically and monetize their audience in a sustainable way.

We're reshaping the creator economy by offering creators more ways to monetize and by simplifying how brands collaborate with influencers. We’re looking for a Growth Intern who’s hands-on, practical, and ready to get things done. If you enjoy wearing many hats, solving problems, and driving growth in creative ways, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with a jugaadu mindset—able to find smart, resourceful solutions.
• Strong common sense—you make things work without overcomplicating.
• A generalist who can handle a variety of tasks, whether it’s content, campaigns, or digging into data.
• A natural entrepreneur—you don’t wait for instructions; you build, you test, you grow.
• Good communication skills—you can connect with people, explain ideas clearly, and build relationships.
• Experience as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) or in similar Growth-oriented roles is a bonus.

What you’ll do:

• Create and implement strategies to grow our community of creators and brands.
• Work with product and design teams to improve how we engage and retain users.
• Write and share content on LinkedIn that builds our presence and connects with our audience.
• Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with the founding team on key growth initiatives and ideas.
• Experiment with marketing tactics, partnerships, and ways to make anchors stand out.

Internship details

• Stipend: Rs. 8000-10,000/month
• Tenure: 6 Months
• Mode: Work from Office, Noida, Sector 62
