Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Growth Associate to join our team in Pune. This is a hybrid sales and business development role that balances direct learner counseling with strategic B2B outreach. You will represent all three of our verticals: AI Cloud Transformation, Enterprise Tech Upskilling, and Strategic Tech Recruitment.

Work Breakdown:
  • 70% B2C Counseling: Guiding prospective learners through our training and upskilling programs.
  • 30% B2B Lead Generation: Identifying and connecting with corporate decision-makers for consulting and recruitment services.

  • Key Responsibilities

    B2C Growth & Counseling (70%)
  • Lead Management: Convert inbound and outbound leads by pitching relevant tech courses and handling student queries.
  • Enrollment Guidance: Provide detailed course information and support learners through the entire enrollment journey.
  • Target Achievement: Maintain consistent engagement with leads to meet monthly enrollment targets.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately track conversions and updates across WhatsApp and CRM tools.

  • B2B Business Development (30%)
  • Outreach Campaigns: Execute email and calling campaigns to identify B2B opportunities in AI consulting and recruitment.
  • Strategic Networking: Virtually connect with industry decision-makers (CTOs, HR Heads, Tech Leads) to introduce NurimTech offerings.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Occasionally coordinate and attend in-person meetings alongside NurimTech leaders for high-value prospects.
  • Market Research: Identify potential corporate partners for enterprise-wide tech upskilling.

  • Note on Flexibility: As a fast-paced startup, our priorities can shift rapidly. Candidates must be comfortable with their work scope evolving between B2C and B2B tasks based on immediate business needs and growth priorities.

    Eligibility & Skills
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Communication: Exceptional English skills; must be clear, convincing, and empathetic.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
  • Mindset: Target-driven, comfortable with high-volume calling, and a "hunter" mentality for sales.
  • Requirement: Must have your own working laptop and be currently based in or around Pune.

  • Work Details & Compensation
  • Location: Undri, Pune (Work from Office).
  • Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
  • Schedule: 6 days a week (Rotational week-offs).
  • Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
