SpartX is looking for a Growth & Sales Manager who will take complete ownership of the Sales Department. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales team, handling all sales operations, driving revenue growth, and building a scalable sales system.

The candidate will directly work with the founders and will be accountable for overall sales performance and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Complete Sales Ownership
  • Handle the entire sales department and all sales-related activities.
  • Take full responsibility for monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.

  • 2. Team Management
  • Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team (BDs, Closers, Tele-callers).
  • Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Set targets, KPIs, and daily activity benchmarks for the team.
  • Conduct daily review meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accountability and performance tracking.

  • 3. Revenue & Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for consistent revenue growth.
  • Create high-converting service packages (Pilot + Retainer models).
  • Improve conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time.
  • Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities.

  • 4. Process & System Development
  • Build and implement Sales SOPs (CRM process, scripts, follow-ups, reporting).
  • Maintain strict CRM discipline and pipeline tracking.
  • Improve sales scripts, proposals, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Provide daily pipeline reports and weekly revenue forecasts.

  • 5. Inbound Lead Management
  • Oversee conversion of inbound leads from Meta Ads and other channels.
  • Ensure proper follow-ups and maximum lead-to-closure conversion.

  • Required Experience
  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B/Agency/Service Sales.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services (Paid Ads, Lead Gen, Branding, Content).
  • Experience in building structured and repeatable sales processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work closely with founders.
