DevsLane is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who will take end-to-end ownership of paid campaigns and broader marketing initiatives . This is a high-ownership role and ideal for someone who enjoys building marketing from scratch in a lean setup.

You will work closely with leadership to shape growth strategy, execution, and experimentation .

Job Responsibilities Performance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Manage campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of creatives and copies Track and optimize key metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and GTM Share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations Growth & Brand MarketingAct as the first marketing hire , owning both execution and ideation Proactively suggest and test new growth channels beyond ads (content, LinkedIn, email, website optimization, partnerships, etc.) Help refine brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions Collaborate with designers, content writers, or freelancers when required Build simple marketing processes, dashboards, and documentation Identify ICPs and suggest campaign angles aligned with business goals Required Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels Experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B preferred) Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Business Manager Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Comfortable taking ownership in a lean setup Good to HaveExperience as a solo marketer or early marketing hire Exposure to B2B services or tech companies Understanding of landing page CRO Basic copywriting sense for ad creatives Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams Compensation Range

INR 6 – 10 LPA (based on candidature and profile)
