Objective:

This role is designed to drive business growth, digital and written content marketing,

investor outreach, and strategy implementation. The selected candidate will work closely

with the founder, contributing to REVERSE’s market expansion, brand positioning, and investor

engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Marketing:

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue

streams.

● Conduct market research to refine business strategies and identify industry trends.

● Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer

engagement, and Lead generation.

● Execute Brand onboarding and sales to FMCG B2B & D2C Brands and HORECA

segments.

● Manage digital presence and LinkedIn storytelling for REVERSE’s brand mission and

founder-led campaigns.

● Build and engage community networks to strengthen REVERSE’s brand visibility and

Packaging REUSE influence.

● Organize community events and coordinate outreach, logistics, and follow-ups.

● Collaborate with different teams to kickstart new business avenues and maintain

branding consistency across all platforms.

Investor Outreach & Strategy Implementation:

● Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor presentations, reports, and outreach

materials.

● Engage with potential investors and assist in pitch preparation and strategic

communication.

● Track investment trends and opportunities to align with REVERSE’s growth plans.

Qualifications:

● 1-3 years of experience in business growth, marketing, or content strategy.

● Strong writing and storytelling skills for content creation and investor communication.

● Hands-on experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and partnerships.

● Proficiency in LinkedIn management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing efforts.

● Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a passion for sustainability.

● Experience in sustainability, cleantech, or packaging industries is a plus.
