  • - Lead the development and innovation of YouTube (YT) Live Third Party (3P) creation ecosystem and Living Room live experience.
    - Define and execute a strategy, establish product goals, roadmap, and success metrics. Collaborate closely with various teams within YouTube and Google to achieve objectives.
    - Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and adoption, including product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
    - Evaluate product performance through experimentation, user research, and analytics. Iterate based on insights to generate further hypotheses and product ideation.
    - Recruit, nurture, and retain exceptional talent to build a high-performing product team.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    - 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
    - 5 years of experience in shepherding technical products from concept to launch.
    - 5 years of experience in people management, with a focus on technical leadership.
    - Master's degree in a technology or business-related field (preferred).
    - 7 years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
    - 7 years of experience in a business function such as strategic marketing, business operations, or consulting.
    - 5 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
    - Familiarity with or a keen interest in building accessibility best practices and integrating accessibility into product development methodologies.
