• Lead and manage a team of PCG Advisors / Wealth Managers.
• Drive revenue generation through equity advisory and investment products.
• Manage P&L responsibility of the team and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Guide the team on equity, derivatives, currency and commodity advisory.
• Acquire and manage HNI / Ultra HNI clients.
• Ensure cross-selling of Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance and other investment products.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation / MBA Finance preferred
• Certifications like NCFM / AMFI / NISM preferred
• Minimum 5+ years experience in capital markets / wealth management
• At least 1+ years team handling experience
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives and investment products
