As a Client Servicing expert, your role will involve solid strategic thinking, an agile mindset, clarity of thought, and excellent communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of full-funnel digital.

- Coordinate and deliver an integrated media approach across Brand, Newsrooms aligned with Motorola's business objectives.
- Own the campaign from the brief to Post campaign evaluation.
- Coordinate with the creative team and client for timely receiving of creatives.
- Ensure smooth reconciliation of billing and timely closure of POs.
- Conduct timely QBR discussion with the client.
- Stay up to date with emerging media trends, platforms, and innovations, and proactively share insights across teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident, and strategic communication.
- Work closely with Brand and Category Business Units to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
- Act as the central point of contact for media expertise, ensuring best practices are implemented across all channels in line with global standards.
- Ensure media guidelines, frameworks, and global standards are clearly understood and adhered to when reviewing media plans.

For this role, you should have:

- 6+ years of experience in client servicing, media strategy in digital marketing.
