The company works closely with various ministries, public sector organizations, and corporate clients to deliver impactful digital content, digital campaigns, and visual communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media platforms including posts, banners, infographics, and campaign creatives.
• Create high-quality video edits for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
• Develop short videos, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics for awareness campaigns and brand promotions.
• Work closely with the content, social media, and project teams to produce engaging visual content.
• Design posters, thumbnails, event creatives, presentation visuals, and marketing materials.
• Edit event videos, interviews, promotional videos, and documentary-style content as per project requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across all graphic and video outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver creatives within deadlines.
Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and sound synchronization.
• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, etc.).
• Strong creative and visual storytelling ability.
Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film Editing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.
Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in social media content creation and digital campaigns.
• Ability to work on government or corporate communication projects.
• Strong time management and creative thinking skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
