Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality design tasks that support our marketing, social media, and internal branding efforts. You’ll work closely with senior designers to take concepts from sketches to finished digital and print assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Asset Creation: Design engaging content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email headers, and website banners.
- Production Work: Assist in resizing, cropping, and retouching images for various platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines, fonts, and color palettes.
- Print Collateral: Help prepare basic print materials such as business cards, flyers, and internal presentations.
- Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and take feedback from the Creative Director to refine designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Proficiency: Solid foundational knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
- Photoshop: Image editing and compositing.
- Illustrator: Vector creation and logo work.
- InDesign: Basic layout for documents.
- Visual Eye: A strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Portfolio: A link to a digital portfolio or PDF showcasing school projects or internship work.
- Communication: Ability to explain design choices and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (But Not Required)

- Experience with Canva or Figma for quick turnarounds.
- Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects).
- Knowledge of prepress and print production requirements.
