I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a professional video training cover design that will be used across a series of onboarding videos in our online training portal.
The goal is to create one clean, premium design template, which will then be applied across 8 training videos.

Each video will use the same layout, typography, logo placement, and styling, but with different background images to create subtle visual variation between the thumbnails.

I'm uploading a design I created in ChatGPT to give you a visual of what I'm looking to achieve and the elements that need to be on the cover.
I will provide the 8 background images, and the designer will apply the same design template to each one.

Project Scope:
Create one premium thumbnail design template
Apply that design to 8 background images that I will provide
Ensure all thumbnails maintain a consistent layout and branding
Titles will differ on each image (I will provide the text)

Important Requirement:

The final design must be delivered as a fully editable Canva template, so that I can easily update or change video titles in the future.

What I Will Provide:

Design Requirements:
Clean, modern, premium aesthetic
Strong typography that is easy to read as a video thumbnail
Subtle cinematic background treatment (dark overlay / blur) to improve text readability
Consistent logo placement across all thumbnails

Deliverables:
8 completed video thumbnail designs
Delivered as editable Canva templates
Sized for video thumbnail format (16:9)

Ideal Designer:
Experience designing YouTube thumbnails or course video covers
Strong typography and layout skills
Comfortable creating Canva templates

This is a small initial project, but we regularly create new training content, so there may be additional design work in the future.
