Graphic Designer Matri (Shark Tank Featured FemTech Brand)

Location: Delhi (Ghitorni) Work From Office

Matri is a fast-growing FemTech brand featured on Shark Tank India, building innovative solutions for womens health and wellness. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can help us tell powerful visual stories and build a brand that resonates with millions of women.

This role is perfect for someone who loves design, storytelling, social media, and fast-paced startup environments.

What Youll Do

• Design high-converting creatives for social media ads
• Create Instagram posts, reels thumbnails, and campaign creatives
• Design product creatives, banners, landing page visuals
• Work closely with the marketing and content team
• Turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
• Maintain and evolve Matris brand identity

What Were Looking For

• Strong portfolio of graphic design work
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Understanding of Instagram & performance marketing creatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic understanding of reels / short-form content design

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Motion graphics or video editing
• Experience with D2C or startup brands
• Understanding of ad creatives that convert
