At Adfactors PR, live events are not just executions - they are strategic storytelling platforms.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer – Live Events who can lead visual thinking, build strong design systems, and translate strategic narratives into high-impact event branding.

This role is design-first, with motion graphics as a complementary skillset.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary Focus – 80–90%)

- Lead end-to-end event branding: stage design layouts, backdrops, standees, invites, delegate kits, signage, presentation decks
- Create and standardize scalable visual templates across multiple brands and formats
- Ensure strict adherence to brand identity, typography, and visual systems
- Develop print-ready artworks with solid understanding of production specs and vendor coordination
- Design high-impact, boardroom-ready presentations for senior leadership and client pitches
- Translate strategic briefs into cohesive visual narratives
- Collaborate closely with content, strategy, and production teams
- Provide on-ground design supervision during events when required

Motion Graphics (10–20%)

- Create simple motion assets for LED screens, event openers, transitions, and animated typography
- Support video edits and light motion packaging for event films

Tools & Technical Skills

Design:

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred), CorelDraw

Motion (Working Knowledge):

After Effects, Premiere Pro

Additional Advantage:

Basic understanding of spatial design and large-format production

Comfort with AI-enabled tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Gemini)

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of experience, preferably with an event, experiential, branding, or agency background
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet tight timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
