Desired skills and qualifications:

· Age should preferably be below 35 years.

· Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, typography, layout design, and color theory.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

· Experience in designing print materials such as books, brochures, pamphlets, hoardings, banners, posters and marketing collaterals.

· Understanding of print production, bleed, margins, resolution, and color formats (CMYK/RGB).

· Basic knowledge of social media creative design is desirable.

· Ability to maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.

· A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and communication design.

· Knowledge of basic motion graphics or animation is an added advantage (optional).

· Familiarity with educational or institutional design materials is an advantage.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

· Design and develop creative materials for books, academic content, brochures, pamphlets, posters, hoardings, banners, and institutional communication.

· Work closely with the management and digital marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.

· Ensure consistent visual identity and branding across all Vignan Schools’ communication materials.

· Support the marketing team by creating high-quality promotional designs for admissions campaigns and school events.

· Prepare design layouts suitable for both print and digital platforms.

· Coordinate with printers and vendors when required to ensure quality output.

· Create social media creatives and promotional graphics when required.

· Maintain organized design files and ensure error-free artwork for printing and publishing.

· Bring new creative ideas and design approaches to strengthen the brand presence of Vignan Schools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
