We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who has hands-on experience in designing and editing content related to Indian politics, government schemes, political campaigns, and social awareness topics. The candidate must be well-versed with current political trends, party communications, and digital political messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create political social media creatives, posters, banners, infographics, reels thumbnails, and campaign graphics.
• Design visually appealing content for election campaigns, public announcements, rallies, leader promotions, and awareness drives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all political communication materials.
• Work closely with the digital marketing and political strategy teams to develop creative concepts.

Video Editing

• Edit political interviews, speeches, campaign videos, event highlights, reels, shorts, and documentary-style videos.
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and effects suitable for political storytelling.
• Manage raw footage, color correction, audio balancing, and post-production enhancements.
• Deliver high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have proven experience working on Indian political content (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of Indian political landscape, government schemes, and social/political narratives.
• Proficiency in graphic tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva.
• Expertise in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and fast-paced campaign environments.
• Excellent sense of design aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and political communication strategies.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or related field (Preferred, not mandatory if skills are proven).

Additional Preferences:

• Ability to create political memes, motion graphics, and animated explainers.
• Experience working with political leaders, agencies, or election campaign teams.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English
