The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, a visual eye(iykyk!) and a portfolio of work demonstrating their passion for outstanding designs. This candidate will have experience working with numerous design platforms, such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret clients' business needs and develop concepts tailored to their purposes.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
• Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
• Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
• Being a part of client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Work on multiple brands simultaneously
• Leverage AI to create stunning visuals

We are not looking for degrees or experience, but they should check the above criteria and have a strong portfolio! Also, SHOULD NOT be currently studying.

Location - Bandra West, Mumbai (This is ONSITE HYBRID with a minimum of 3 days/week from the office and other days from home. There is a possibility of increasing the number of days of work from the office)

Salary Range: Rs 22K to 28K per month(will depend on skills and the interview. Please do not apply if this range doesn't work for you. We wont move outside this range.
