Job Overview

You’ve worked on brands, designing their logos & identity all the way through to the

specifications in the brand guidelines. You have more than 5+ years of experience working in a well-recognized branding studio. You’re creative, strategic, and passionate about what you do – the type face matters and so does the pixel size. You would be responsible for creating designs that are visually appealing & effective based on the unique requirements of the customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

· Develop creative designs based on the brief shared by the customer. (design concepts and

ideas).

· Help define the basic elements of the design (e.g.: brand identity, colour, typography, imagery).

· Design for multiple simultaneous sub-projects (creative, quality control, timely delivery).

· Prepare a visual analysis of the client and his competitors.

· Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs

into visually appealing and effective designs.

· Create consistent designs that are in accordance with the brand guidelines.

· Stay up-to date with industry trends to ensure designs are current & innovative.

· Work & manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines & delivering high-

quality work.

· Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements

· Possess a degree in Visual Communications or a related field.

· Passionate about design and keen sense of visual design trends.

· Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

· Have good priority management skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop & Illustrator.

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Work in a fast-paced environment & meet tight deadlines.
