ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for designing high-impact visuals and producing engaging video content for social media marketing that reflects our brand across digital and offline channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design

• Design visually compelling creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp)
• Create branding materials including logos, letterheads, brochures, and pitch decks
• Design email templates, banners, and digital ads for marketing campaigns
• Maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity and design system

Video Editing

• Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and YouTube content for social media
• Create corporate profile videos, client testimonial videos, and event highlight reels
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and colour grading to video content
• Manage video assets, raw footage archives, and maintain an organised media library

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Strong understanding of visual design principles: typography, colour theory, layout, and composition
• Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
• Good eye for detail, aesthetics, and current design trends

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or personal branding content
• Knowledge of Canva Pro for quick turnaround creatives
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar
• Basic photography skills for product or lifestyle shoots
• Experience working with image consultants or personal stylists
• Understanding of personal branding and corporate grooming aesthetics
