About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with prior experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate should understand how to create high-performing creatives for performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and eCommerce marketplaces.

This role requires someone who can design product creatives, edit ad videos, and use AI tools to generate or enhance visuals from raw product images.

You will work closely with the performance marketing and growth teams to produce creatives that help improve CTR, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design
  • Design high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
  • Create product creatives, lifestyle creatives, and catalog images
  • Design campaign banners, promotional graphics, and website assets
  • Create visuals for eCommerce marketplaces and product listings
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing creatives

  • Video Editing
  • Edit short-form ad videos for Meta, Instagram, and social media
  • Create product demo videos and UGC-style ad creatives
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats for ads, reels, and social media
  • Optimize videos for performance marketing campaigns

  • AI-Assisted Creative Production
  • Use Generative AI tools to generate product and lifestyle visuals
  • Convert raw product images into high-quality ad creatives
  • Create multiple variations of creatives for ad testing
  • Generate AI backgrounds and environments for product images

  • E-commerce Visual Optimization
  • Create and optimize product catalog images
  • Understand marketplace image guidelines and visual standards
  • Design creatives that align with performance marketing strategies

  • Required Skills

    Design & Editing Tools

    Strong working knowledge of:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects (preferred)
  • Canva

  • AI Tools

    Experience using AI tools such as:
  • ChatGPT
  • Google Gemini
  • Nano-Banana

  • The candidate should be comfortable using AI prompts and tools to generate visuals, creative concepts, and marketing assets.
