Graphic Designer

Location: Kanakapura, South Bangalore (6 Days On-site)

Experience: 3–5 Years

One of our clients, a purpose-driven organization with a strong presence in the education and wellbeing domain, is looking to hire a Graphic Designer to support brand communication, campaigns, and digital initiatives.

This role requires a blend of creative thinking, brand sensitivity, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for digital marketing, social media, email, WhatsApp, and websites
• Create campaign assets, presentations, posters, and program-related collateral
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all designs
• Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and community teams
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting timelines and quality standards
• Maintain design asset libraries and source files

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective visuals
• Experience in digital-first design is a strong plus
