Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Visual Communications Specialist to produce visual assets across social media, digital campaigns, portals, and print. The role involves collaborating closely with content writers, video editors, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, multilingual, brand-aligned creatives optimized for web, mobile, and print. The designer will also maintain a structured design library and version control system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media posts, digital campaigns, portal visuals, and other online/offline touchpoints
• Create Social Media Campaigns, infographics, logos, icons, banners, brochures, and public awareness creatives
• Adapt and translate designs for multilingual content (ensuring layout, typography, and visuals work across languages)
• Ensure brand consistency in design (colors, typography, imagery style, layouts) across all platforms
• Collaborate with content writers, video editors, marketing, web teams for cohesive campaign delivery
• Optimize designs for various formats: web (desktop & mobile), email, print (high-resolution, bleed/trim, etc.)
• Maintain a digital design library and versioned backups (organised file naming, version control, asset management)
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to digital and print media
• Assist in preparing design specifications or guidelines for external vendors or printers

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
