About Swarna Bharat TV:

Swarna Bharat TV is a mission-led creative platform telling precise, high-quality stories on Bharat’s history, culture, spirituality, and knowledge systems. Our YouTube channel is live with RashtraGaatha, and we’re rolling out multiple original shows across formats. We combine research-first writing with cinematic execution and are preparing our originals for wider distribution, including OTT.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to lead YouTube thumbnails and support visual systems across the platform. This role starts execution-heavy (thumbnails + creatives) and will gradually expand into building brand systems across shows.

What you’ll do:

1) Thumbnails (Primary Focus)

• Design high-impact YouTube thumbnails across multiple shows.


• Translate story hooks into clear, mobile-first visuals.


• Create variations and iterate based on performance (CTR).

2) Social & Platform Creatives


• Design creatives for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.


• Create covers, posts, and supporting visual assets.

3) Brand & Systems (Growth Area)


• Support development of visual consistency (colours, typography, layouts).


• Help build reusable templates for faster team output.

4) Collaboration & Workflow


• Work closely with writers/editors to convert ideas into visuals.


• Participate in content and thumbnail reviews.

Must-haves


• 2–5 years of graphic design experience.


• Strong understanding of YouTube thumbnails (contrast, emotion, clarity).


• Proficiency in Photoshop (cut-outs, lighting, composition).


• Ability to deliver fast and iterate quickly.


• Portfolio with thumbnail work (mandatory).

Nice-to-haves


• Experience with brand systems or template creation.


• Basic After Effects or motion understanding.
