Graphic Designer (Static + Motion)

Location: Kochi

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through both static visuals and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design along with the ability to create engaging animations tailored for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design high-quality static creatives for social media (posts, carousels, stories, ads)

· Create engaging motion graphics, animated posts, GIFs, and short videos.

· Collaborate with content writers, strategists, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.

· Conceptualise and visualise creative ideas for social media campaigns.

· Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

· Adapt designs and animations based on feedback and performance insights.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation styles, and platform updates.

· Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (Premiere Pro is a plus)

· Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling

· Experience in creating both static and motion content for social media

· Basic knowledge of video editing, transitions, and sound synchronization

· Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing static and animated content

· Strong time management and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in a social media or digital marketing agency

· Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
