Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) with 4–5 years of experience to develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, an eye for detail, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows while delivering brand-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital and print creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, illustrations, and visual assets, including basic motion/video creatives.
• Demonstrate strong command over typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Use AI tools to generate creative visuals and improve design efficiency.
• Adapt, refine, and blend AI-generated outputs with manual design to produce polished, brand-ready creatives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all creative deliverables.
• E-commerce experience is mandatory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design (print and digital).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere is a plus).
• Working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, or similar).
• Strong understanding of branding, layout design, typography, and color systems.
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing.
• Experience designing for multiple brands simultaneously.Top of Form
