About the Role

Are you a designer who understands that great design doesn't just look good—it performs? At Scale100X, we are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for the visual heartbeat of our brand, crafting everything from high-converting Meta ads to professional brand brochures.

This isn't just a "task-based" role. You will have a seat at the table, collaborating with founders and industry experts to scale high-potential businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Performance Creatives: Design high-impact visual assets for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads that stop the scroll and drive conversions.
• Brand Evolution: Create and maintain premium branding assets, including logos, pitch decks, infographics, and internal templates.
• Multi-Channel Collaterals: Own the design process for brochures, emailers, and social media campaigns from concept to execution.
• Visual Storytelling: Edit and enhance images and videos to ensure top-tier quality across all touchpoints.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to improve website visuals and user interface elements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
• Toolbox: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Proficiency in Figma is a significant advantage.
• Portfolio: A strong showcase of diverse marketing work (ads, social media, and branding).
• Speed & Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising on pixel-perfection.
• Mindset: Adaptable, open to feedback, and always staying ahead of design trends.
