Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to convert ideas into impactful visual creatives for digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for digital ads, social media, websites, landing pages, and emailers
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and presentations
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Edit and retouch images as required
• Deliver projects within timelines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Basic knowledge of Canva and digital ad formats
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Experience in designing creatives for social media and performance marketing
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience in real estate / digital marketing agency
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus
• Understanding of social media ad guidelines (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Strong design portfolio (mandatory)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
