  • *About the Role**

  • We are seeking a multidisciplinary Design Intern to contribute to the development of a cohesive brand identity and digital presence. This role is designed for a high-caliber student or recent graduate who excels at the intersection of illustrative storytelling, packaging, and functional UX/UI design.

    As a remote intern, you will move beyond asset creation to participate in the strategic execution of a brand’s visual language across both physical and digital touchpoints.
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Illustrative Assets:**

  • Develop original illustrations, iconography, and visual motifs that align with the brand’s core identity and communication goals.
  • **Packaging & Print:**

  • Execute packaging design projects from concept to print-ready files, ensuring high standards for typography, layout, and dieline accuracy.
  • **UX/UI Support:**

  • Assist in designing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile, applying a strong understanding of user flows, wireframing, and responsive design.
  • **System Thinking:**

  • Contribute to a unified design system that ensures brand consistency across packaging, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • **Research & Strategy:**

  • Conduct market audits and visual research to identify trends within the premium consumer goods sector in India and internationally.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in illustration, layout, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Familiarity with After Effects is a significant advantage.
  • UX/UI Foundations: A solid understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate brand aesthetics into functional digital interfaces.
  • Detail Orientation: Precision in typography and an understanding of technical requirements for both high-quality print and web accessibility.
  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a design institute (NID, IDC, Srishti, NIFT, or equivalent).
