Nature of the Role

Though candidates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply, the salaries will not be higher just because you have a higher degree. Be mindful of that.

This opportunity is aimed at individuals who are passionate about working in the game industry and serious about a long-term career here.

The ideal candidate is one who is willing to learn and up for the challenges in the game industry.

Candidates who prefer working alone will be very comfortable in this role.

Nature of the Project

The team size will be small and will not change much in the future either. Aimed at having a high level of coordination which is harder in larger teams.

Games will either be of narrative story type games or action adventure and sometimes both.

Artificial Intelligence will be used wherever possible to make work faster.

Social interaction will be very minimal.

Zenosphere is a multidisciplinary firm which changes direction often, so projects and the nature of work will change a lot. With a lot more creative projects in the pipeline this role will excite a person who loves adventure and change.
