As a Graduate Recruitment Specialist, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding fresh graduates in India. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for graduate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and university connections.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment database.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Collaborate with team to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
