Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Government Affairs Specialist. The individual in this position will manage relationships with governmental organizations, develop strategies for regulatory compliance, and advocate for the organization’s interests with local and national government bodies. Key tasks include analyzing governmental policies, managing communication with public officials, preparing policy briefs, and ensuring the alignment of organizational goals with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Governmental Affairs and Government Relations
• Proficiency in managing relationships with government agencies and understanding government processes
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Sound Analytical Skills for interpreting policies and assessing their impacts on business operations
• Familiarity with public policies, legislation processes, and government operations
• Previous experience in a similar role or in public policy is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, or a related field
